Summary
Title: Operations Administrator ID: 101720242546 Location: Blue Bell, PA 19422 Job Type: Full-Time Compensation: $21.00/hr Shifts: Weekdays, Evenings/Nights, Weekends, Afternoons
Description

Position Location: Blue Bell, PA - (ON-SITE Position)
(Full Time) Wednesday - Friday 1PM to 9PM, Saturday and Sunday 8AM to 4PM
Pay Rate: $21.00/hr
Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Maintain dependable and available workforce based on client needs;
  • Assist Scheduling and Operations with the coordination of employee shifts;
  • Create and modify shifts in the scheduling software;
  • Communicate with Operations Team whenever there's a conflict in scheduling;
  • Keep Operations Team informed of schedule changes, gaps and needs;
  • Perform other administrative duties and tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • 2+ years of administrative experience supporting operations (preferred);
  • Ability to work independently with the capability of adapting to changing priorities;
  • Ability to multi-task, with close attention to detail and strong organizational skills;
  • Demonstrates dependability, good judgment and problem-solving skills;
  • Excellent oral and written communication, customer service and interpersonal skills;
  • Must be able to pass background proceedings and drug screening.
