Job description

Operations Administrative Assistant

As an Operations Administrative Assistant, you will provide administrative support to the Operations team with a focus on Human Resources and Production functions. To be successful in this role, a candidate should be highly organized, detail-oriented, and a proactive individual who can manage multiple priorities while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality. This position will be based at our Perrysburg, OH location.

Every day as an Operations Administrative Assistant, you will...

Support the HR Representative and Plant Management with various administrative tasks related to:

  • Associate engagement and recognition events
  • Support company involvement in local community events
  • Communication both verbal and written forms and at all levels
  • Order supplies, conduct inventory, prepare reports, coordinate travel arrangements and other requests
  • Greet visitors and answer incoming calls
  • Coordinate employee events which include wellness initiative, picnics, cookouts, holiday parties, retirement celebrations, business update meetings, and seasonal programs.
  • Perform other duties as assigned
