Office Administrator - Advanced Excel Required

Kernersville, NC | Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire - $19/hr


Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Office Administrator with strong Microsoft Excel skills, including hands-on experience with VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, and spreadsheet reporting. This position supports daily office operations, production documentation, shipping paperwork, training records, and administrative functions within a manufacturing environment. Candidates should be highly organized, comfortable working with data, and confident using advanced Excel functions.

Administrative & Office Support
  • Coordinate plant tours, interviews, and visitor schedules
  • Maintain visitor logs and sign-in records
  • Prepare meeting materials and administrative documentation
  • Order food and supplies for meetings, orientations, and plant events
  • Provide administrative support to plant leadership and HR
  • Assist with special projects and general office operations
Excel & Data Management
  • Create, update, and maintain spreadsheets and reports
  • Utilize Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPs to organize and analyze data
  • Track information and generate reports as needed
  • Ensure accuracy and integrity of data across spreadsheets and records
  • Support reporting needs for plant operations and administration
Production & Shipping Support
  • Print packing slips, shipping labels, and production documentation
  • Assist with organizing production paperwork
  • Ensure accuracy and timely completion of administrative records
Training, Safety & Compliance Support
