Project Coordinator (Excel & Administrative Support)

Irving, TX (Hybrid – 1 day onsite)
12-Month Contract

About the Role

We’re looking for a detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support day-to-day administrative and coordination activities. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, Excel-savvy, and enjoys structured, task-driven work supporting a busy team.

What You’ll Do

  • Maintain and update Excel trackers and reports (existing templates and tools)
  • Use basic to intermediate formulas, pivot tables, and VLOOKUP's for tracking and updates
  • Enter, clean, and organize data accurately across multiple spreadsheets
  • Support inventory tracking and coordination activities
  • Assist with scheduling, status updates, and task follow-ups
  • Coordinate communication and meetings using Microsoft Teams
  • Create and update documents and presentations as needed

What You Bring

  • 1–3 years of administrative, coordination, or support experience
  • Solid Excel skills (pivot tables, basic formulas, data updates—not heavy analytics)
  • Experience working with pre-built spreadsheets and trackers
  • Strong organization, accuracy, and follow-through
  • Comfortable supporting multiple tasks in a structured environment
  • Proficiency in MS Teams, Word, and PowerPoint
