Administrative Assistant

Location: Dallas, TX 75219

Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Assistant to support our Human Resources department in Dallas, TX. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the HR team, assist with employee records, scheduling, and communication tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the HR department, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating interviews.
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases with accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Assist in preparing HR documents such as employment contracts, onboarding materials, and policy manuals.
  • Handle incoming HR-related inquiries and direct them to the appropriate personnel.
  • Support HR team with recruitment activities, including posting job openings and tracking applicants.
  • Organize and maintain physical and electronic filing systems.
  • Assist with preparation of reports and presentations as needed.
  • Coordinate HR events and training sessions.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role, preferably within an HR department.
