Job description

We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to organize and coordinate administrative duties and office procedures. Responsibilities include scheduling meetings and appointments, greeting clients, and providing general administrative support to our employees. Previous experience as an Administrative Assistant would be an advantage. A successful Admin should have experience with a variety of office software (outlook email, spreadsheets, and databases) and be able to accurately and efficiently handle administrative duties. A car is necessary.

Responsibilities:

Schedule meetings and appointments

Maintain the office condition

Organize office operations and procedures

Provide general support to clients

Copying, scanning, and filing

Skills:

Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant

Proficiency in MS Office (MS Word and MS Outlook, in particular)

Familiarity with scheduling zoom/teams or teleconferences

Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work

Attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong organizational and planning skills in fast-paced environment

A creative mind with an ability to suggest improvements

High School Degree/Associates Degree; additional qualification as an Administrative Assistant is a plus
