Position Description & Requirements

Supporting 7 health systems, 29 hospitals (including 3 Level 1 Trauma Centers) and 70 ambulatory care centers, Columbus Radiology Corporation (CRC) is seeking full-time remote neuroradiologists to support our growing practice throughout the state of Ohio.


Position Summary

Columbus Radiology (CRC) is seeking Board-Eligible or Board-Certified General Radiologists and Neuroradiologists for flexible, 100% remote positions. We offer multiple schedule options to support your preferred lifestyle-including evening, late evening, and overnight shifts.


These roles provide an excellent work-life balance and the ability to tailor your career path with either Associate or Partnership Track opportunities. Depending on the role, physicians may enjoy a mix of general diagnostic studies or dedicated subspecialty neuroradiology reads, supported by a highly collaborative, subspecialized practice.


Remote Overnight Associate

  • Schedule: 1 week on / 2 weeks off (10pm-7am EST)
  • Total Starting Compensation: $475K (inclusive of 401K profit sharing)
  • Commencement Bonus: $100K

Remote Overnight Neuro Associate

  • Schedule: 1 week on / 2 weeks off (7pm-4am EST or 10pm-7am EST, you choose)
  • Total Starting Compensation: $500K (inclusive of 401K profit sharing)
  • Commencement Bonus: $100K

Remote Overnight Partner

  • Schedule: 1 week on / 2 weeks off + 15 additional night shifts (10pm-7am EST)
  • Total Starting Compensation: $518K
  • Commencement Bonus: $100K

Remote Overnight Neuro Partner

  • Schedule: 1 week on / 2 weeks off + 15 additional night shifts (10pm-7am EST)
  • Total Starting Compensation: $518K
  • Commencement Bonus: $100K
Remote Overnight Partner (1 week on / 1 week off)

  • Schedule: 1 week on / 1 week off (7pm-4am EST or 10pm-7am EST, you choose) 
  • Total Starting Compensation: $693K (inclusive of 401K profit sharing)
  • Commencement Bonus: $125K

Remote Overnight Neuro Partner (1 week on / 1 week off)

  • Schedule: 1 week on / 1 week off (7pm-4am EST or 10pm-7am EST, you choose) 
  • Total Starting Compensation: $693K (inclusive of 401K profit sharing)
  • Commencement Bonus: $125K


All associate/partnership eligible roles with CRC include full benefits, home workstation, and offer substantial moonlighting and incentive pay opportunities with some radiologists earning over $1 million in annual total compensation and partner compensation averaging $800K annually.

COMPENSATION:

The salary range for this position is $475,000-$1,000,000. Final determinations may vary based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, geographic location etc. This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
