National Leasing Specialist Level 1, Level 2

The National Leasing Specialist position is an exciting entry-level opportunity to learn the ins and outs of Hillpointe's leasing operations and our dedication to providing exceptional service to prospective residents. This is not your typical leasing role-you'll engage with potential residents across multiple channels with the goal of converting inquiries into scheduled tours or providing engaging virtual tour experiences. In addition to phone conversations, you'll connect with prospects through live chat, text messaging, and other communication platforms, ensuring a seamless and personalized experience throughout their leasing journey.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Respond promptly to incoming calls from potential prospective residents, converting inquiries into property tours, while offering personalized assistance to create memorable interactions.
  • Provide excellent customer service to all incoming calls, reflecting our commitment to exceptional experiences.
  • Pay meticulous attention to detail when entering prospect contact information into CRM, ensuring accuracy for follow-up purposes as well as adding notes in each guest card to allow effective communication between on-site staff and contact center agents.
  • Direct calls to the appropriate department, property, or team member based on prospect requests, ensuring efficient routing of calls.
  • Between calls, National Leasing Specialists will manage and respond to the CRM queue, ensuring timely and accurate follow-up with prospects.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned based on individual property needs, showcasing flexibility and a willingness to contribute to the team's success.
  • Conduct weekly or bi-weekly follow-up calls with properties to inquire about any property specials
  • Actively participate in a positive team environment through teamwork, communication and excellence in service; communicate regularly with leaders of the department.

QUALIFICATIONS & ABILITIIES

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Weekend availability required, including Sundays.
  • Prior experience in customer service, property management, or call center is a plus.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Customer service-oriented with the ability to provide a positive experience over the phone.
  • Detail-oriented and accurate data entry skills.
  • Ability to sit at a workstation for long periods of time.
  • Ability to multitask while on the phone to operate multiple software while reducing dead air during customer interactions.
  • Excellent project management, organizational, and time management skills
