Ideal candidate should enjoy customer service and working with the public. Must be able to build and maintain rapport with tenants and promote retention. Must have prior experience developing and implementing marketing plans to increase occupancy. Oversees, directs, and mentors leasing team to meet departmental goals. This position requires strong technical skills in budget preparation, reporting, leasing, and operations, attention to detail is essential! The Leasing Manager practices Fair Housing Laws and monitors Leasing team to ensure compliance.

  • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer and standing and walking, giving tours, and meeting with potential tenants.
  • Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
  • Must be able to traverse a variety of properties with stairs and in a variety of weather
