Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Leasing Agent role based in College Station, TX. The Leasing Agent will welcome prospective residents, conduct property tours, and provide accurate information about availability, pricing, and community features. Responsibilities include processing rental applications, preparing and executing lease documents, and ensuring all leasing activities comply with company policies and applicable regulations.
