Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Leasing Agent role based in College Station, TX. The Leasing Agent will welcome prospective residents, conduct property tours, and provide accurate information about availability, pricing, and community features. Responsibilities include processing rental applications, preparing and executing lease documents, and ensuring all leasing activities comply with company policies and applicable regulations. The role involves maintaining detailed records, updating property management systems, and coordinating closely with the property management team to support occupancy goals. The Leasing Agent will also handle resident inquiries, deliver high-quality customer service, assist with renewals, and support marketing and outreach efforts to attract new residents.
Qualifications
  • Experience working with leases and lease administration, including preparing, reviewing, and maintaining accurate lease documentation.
  • Knowledge of property management operations and residential leasing processes within a multifamily or similar housing environment.
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly, build rapport, and resolve resident and prospect inquiries professionally.
  • Attention to detail, organizational skills, and comfort using property management or CRM software to manage applications and resident records.
  • Ability to work on-site in College Station, TX, including occasional evenings or weekends as needed for tours and resident support.
  • Reliable time management, self-motivation, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certifications in real estate, leasing, or property management are a plus.
  • Previous leasing, sales, or hospitality experience is preferred but not mandatory; willingness to learn and adapt is highly valued.
