Job description

Hiring a Maintenance Tech for Dartmoor Place Apartments in Hanover, MD. This Class A luxury community was built in 2020 and features 258 apartment-homes.

Competitive pay + $750 rent discount per month if you live onsite + on-call appreciation bonus + medical/dental/vision/401K matching + quarterly team bonus

We own and operate all of our assets and invest int the long-term.

Responsibilities:

  • Walking the community to identify any potential issues.
  • Troubleshooting basic technical problems, including preventative maintenance on systems.
  • Resolving any basic electrical, plumbing, drywall, carpentry, appliance repair and HVAC service requests.
  • Communicating clearly with residents and your coworkers.
  • Completing work orders and apartment turnovers/punch-outs.
  • Inspecting apartments for a final walk through and move-in.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1-2 years exp in building maintenance preferred.
  • EPA certification preferred.
  • Your own basic hand tools and reliable transportation.
  • Ability to participate in the on-call emergency rotation.
