Job description

Job Title : Administrative - Admin Assistant 
Location:  810 Gleneagles Court, Baltimore, MD 21286
Duration : 06 Months

Description
Responsible for various administrative support projects as assigned. Provide clerical support as needed.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities
 Preparing correspondence, memos and reports
 Maintaining Process History files
 Maintaining Vacation Records
 Organizing and coordinating meetings, teleconferences, and videoconferences
 Document processing, including copying, faxing, shipping, etc.
 Making travel arrangements
 Preparing and publishing meeting minutes as required
 Preparing spreadsheets, charts and graphs as required
 Assisting other departmental administrative staff as needed
100 Total Percent (not to exceed 100%)
*Individual percents should be greater than or equal to 5%.

Expected Areas of Competence (i.e. KSAs)
 Proficient in Microsoft Office
 Assisting other departmental administrative staff as needed
 Ability to deal with difficult situations with tact and professionalism
 Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, and ability to work with employees at all levels of the organization
 Ability to perform under pressure and demonstrate problem solving and trouble shooting skills
 Ability to work without close supervision and produce quality work
 Handle projects independently on a regular basis
 Willing to work overtime to complete projects in a timely manner
 Engineering database/Zimmer item number familiarity preferred
 Previous office experience with proven ability to manage, organize, and prioritize the details of several projects simultaneously
Education/ Experience Requirements
 High school diploma or equivalent is required
Travel Requirements
 Up to 5%USA
