Leasing Administrator
Location: Sacramento, CA 95819
Schedule: Monday - Friday | 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
Position Overview
The ideal candidate is personable, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment. This individual excels at building relationships with prospective and current residents while maintaining strong organizational and follow-through skills.
Responsibilities
  • Conduct community tours and highlight property amenities to prospective residents
  • Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and in-person visits in a timely and professional manner
  • Manage the full leasing cycle, from initial contact through application and move-in
  • Support marketing and outreach initiatives to drive leasing activity
  • Foster positive relationships with current residents and provide exceptional customer service
  • Assist with lease renewals and ensure a smooth, efficient renewal process
  • Address resident questions or concerns promptly, providing solutions and appropriate follow-up
  • Maintain accurate records within property management systems and databases
  • Coordinate scheduling, manage calendars, and track follow-ups
  • Assist with reporting, documentation, and general office operations
  • Utilize social media and digital platforms to support leasing efforts
Qualifications
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach
