Job description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Leasing Administrator to join the LGI Living team at our Corporate office in The Woodlands, TX.
This role will oversee lease administration for assigned LGI Living communities, managing inquiries, processing applications, executing leases, and maintaining clear communication with both prospective and current tenants. Additionally, you will be responsible for updating property and applicant information in our Property Management System.
Requirements
The Leasing Administrator must have a positive attitude with excellent customer service and communication skills, both written and verbal.
