What would you do as a Leasing Admin - Marketing & Operations Focus
As the Full-Time Leasing Admin at Zen Living Management, you will play a pivotal role in both marketing management and leasing operations. Your key responsibilities will include overseeing online listing services (ILS) to maintain accuracy and visibility, implementing digital marketing strategies to boost property exposure, and designing engaging signage to ensure consistent branding. You will review and approve leasing applications, working closely with leasing agents to enhance their proficiency in tools such as Blue Moon and Entrata. Additionally, you will develop and conduct training sessions for leasing staff, providing ongoing support to improve performance and customer interactions.
