Position Summary

Datamax is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Lease Administrator to join our Leasing team in St. Louis. This position is responsible for processing lease originations, administering lease agreements throughout their lifecycle, and ensuring the accuracy of contract setup, billing, documentation, and compliance.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, customer-focused, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain effective working relationships with Leasing team members, internal departments, and external customers.
  • Process lease origination orders accurately and efficiently, including review of legal entities, credit information, financial calculations, and signature authority.
  • Review lease agreements and supporting documentation to ensure completeness, accuracy, and compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Process and evaluate credit applications requiring additional verification.
  • Calculate lease upgrades, buyouts, refinances, and early termination amounts.
  • Prepare addenda to standard lease agreements for equipment changes, service modifications, and updates to terms and conditions.
  • Establish and maintain equipment finance records, including entering new contracts, updating existing agreements, and closing completed contracts.
  • Maintain consistency and accuracy between Leasepath and E-Automate ERP systems.
  • Identify opportunities to improve leasing processes, documentation accuracy, and operational efficiency.
  • Support invoice processing, reporting, customer correspondence, and mailings.
QualificationsEducation & Experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Associate's degree or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • One (1) or more years of experience in leasing administration, loan processing, finance operations, credit administration, mortgage processing, collections, or related administrative functions preferred.
Knowledge & Skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines effectively.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Customer-service oriented with a collaborative team mindset.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
