Job description

Job Title: Assistant Lease Administrator
Location: 2390 E Camelback Rd suite 204, Phoenix, AZ, 85016
Duration: FTE
Salary: $24/hour (50K annualized)
IMPORTANT: Candidates in property management are not a fit for this role (we receive a lot of those backgrounds). It’s mostly administrative. We are willing to teach them about leases so that knowledge also isn’t critical. The roles report to the Director of Lease Administration.
JOB SUMMARY:
This position partners with our Real Estate teams across multiple markets to audit lease agreements, process lease term changes and issue payments to property owners across the company. Great communication skills and keen attention to detail will be required as this role works with Lease Services team members, Real Estate, Accounting, and Finance departments to interpret and process lease agreements on a weekly/monthly basis.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
  • Review and process lease change requests.
  • Perform lease audits against supporting documentation to ensure accuracy.
  • Enter required data into lease management software (Tririga).
  • Effectively communicate with Real Estate departments to resolve or clarify any discrepancies or questions.
  • Support and assist Real Estate Representatives and Administrators regarding corporate lease process and payment information.
  • Review prepared revenue reports, verifying backup and computation for percent rents.
  • Assist with Consumer Price Index (CPI) calculations.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Education: Associates Degree preferred.
  • Ability to understand and interpret complex commercial lease language.
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite. Excel skills preferred.
  • Tririga background is helpful.
