Your Role: Leasing Administrator
As a Leasing Administrator, you'll work alongside the Community Director and property team to provide exceptional service to both current and prospective residents. You'll coordinate and administer the application and move-in process, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and a smooth leasing experience. This role combines administrative responsibilities with active participation in leasing activities for our upscale, award-winning apartments.
What You'll Do
• Process and maintain accurate resident files and documentation
• Confirm apartment move-in dates and details
• Schedule and conduct final move-in paperwork appointments
• Prepare and administer move-in packets, keys, remotes, and related materials
• Assist with leasing tours and sales efforts to meet occupancy goals
• Provide exceptional customer service to residents and prospects
• Collaborate with the property team to ensure company standards are met
• Utilize Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook daily; property management software experience is a plus
What We're Looking For
• 1-2+ years of administrative, customer service, or leasing experience (property management preferred)
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable working in a sales-driven, fast-paced environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Available to work 9am-6pm, and working weekends
Compensation & Perks
• The Lewis Group of Companies reasonably expects to pay $22.50 DOE per hour for this role, with actual compensation based on skills, experience, location, and business needs.
