A Leasing Administrator is a strong entry point for someone interested in leasing, real estate, or legal‑adjacent work. You’ll work hands‑on with lease documents, billing details, and tenant records - handling important day‑to‑day tasks while contributing to larger projects along the way. If you’re detail‑oriented, organized, and enjoy learning how things work behind the scenes, this role offers meaningful exposure and responsibility from day one.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process apartment applications, lease renewals, and generate new lease agreements through final approval.
  • Prepare, review, and maintain tenant lease documents, ensuring accuracy of lease terms, rent, insurance, taxes, and legal charges.
  • Perform monthly tenant billings, rent roll changes, projections, and reconciliations; apply payments and charges to tenant ledgers.
  • Analyze tenant account ledgers, manage arrears, and communicate with tenants to resolve outstanding balances.
  • Prepare rent variance analyses, financial forecasts, budgets, and annual reconciliations for reporting and planning purposes.
  • Track critical lease dates, landlord deadlines, and ensure compliance with lease-related clauses.
  • Resolve landlord and tenant issues related to lease language and rent charges.
  • Assist with special projects and perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Ability to lift 20 pounds
  • Speech and hearing are sufficient for regular communications on the phone, radio or face-to-face

Experience & Education

  • B.S. in Accounting, Finance or Business-related field OR
  • High School diploma or equivalent and 1-2 years of experience in leasing environment
