Apartment Leasing Agent

Are you a server with a passion for people and a knack for upselling who is looking for more stability and better benefits? We're looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Apartment Leasing Consultants!

As an Apartment Leasing Consultant, you'll be the first point of contact for prospective residents, guiding them through the exciting journey of finding their new home. Your strong communication skills and ability to build rapport, honed from your experience in the service industry, will be invaluable as you showcase our luxury rental communities. Just as you skillfully suggest favorite dishes and add-on purchases to diners, you'll excel at highlighting the unique features and benefits of our properties, effectively "upselling" residents on their ideal living space. You'll receive base pay plus commissions on apartments you lease.

What you'll do:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to prospective and current residents.
  • Conduct engaging tours of our luxury apartment communities.
  • Effectively communicate the value and benefits of living in our properties.
  • Assist with the application process, ensuring all documentation is gathered accurately and promptly.
  • Collaborate with on-site teams to ensure smooth move-ins.
  • Utilize your upselling skills to match residents with the perfect apartment and amenities.
