This position offers the opportunity to learn all aspects of property management while building valuable experience in leasing, resident relations, operations, and administration.
This role is ideal for someone who is dependable, professional, eager to learn, and enjoys helping people. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting daily property operations while delivering exceptional service to residents, prospective tenants, vendors, and team members.
Job Responsibilities of Administrative Assistant / Leasing Agent
  • Assist with apartment leasing activities, including scheduling tours and responding to inquiries
  • Process rental applications and assist with lease preparation and execution
  • Collect rent payments and maintain accurate resident records
  • Provide excellent customer service to current and prospective residents
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls professionally
  • Coordinate maintenance requests and communicate updates to residents
  • Assist with vendor scheduling and coordination
  • Conduct property inspections and document findings as needed
  • Support reporting, recordkeeping, and compliance-related activities
  • Perform general administrative and office support duties
