Monday - Friday
8:45 AM - 5:30 PM 45-minute lunch break
Admin assistant for managing apartments.
Must have excel, word, powerpoint and canva experience
Previous administrative or office experience preferred
Strong phone and customer service skills
Business casual attire required: Slacks or jeans permitted and company-provided polo shirt required.
$17.00 - $18.00 per hour
Responsibilities
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls professionally
  • Assist residents, vendors, and visitors with questions and requests
  • Maintain office organization and administrative records
  • Prepare documents, reports, and spreadsheets
  • Create flyers, notices, and basic marketing materials using Canva
  • Schedule appointments and assist with office coordination
  • Support property management staff with daily administrative tasks
  • Handle email correspondence and data entry
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times
  • Leasing experience is a plus!!
