Administrative Assistant
Job Description
Currently seeking an Administrative Assistant for an exciting opportunity within our Operations and Personal Lines Department at our Cheboygan location. The ideal candidate must be extremely pleasant, well spoken, able to
multi-task and excel in a busy office setting.
Responsibilities to Include:

  • Answering the phones and distributing calls to the appropriate departments

  • Greeting Client and internal staff as they into the office

  • Sort and distribute mail to the appropriate departments

  • Maintain and update database systems as needed

  • Assist the Personal Lines team

  • Any other duties that pertain to the office


Requirements for Position

  • 1-3 years in an administrative position in an office setting

  • Strong customer service skills

  • Must display a high level of confidentiality

  • Must have strong computer skills and an intermediate level of Excel and Work including the use of Outlook
