As an Operations Administrative Assistant, you will provide administrative support by performing various administrative, accounting and clerical duties requiring general knowledge of office routine and an understanding of the organization, programs and procedures related to the work in the department.

What You'll Do

  • Data entry for accounting and related clerical functions

  • Compose letters, memos and reports as needed

  • Maintain well-organized filing and tracking systems

  • Able to cross train with other staff members

  • Answer incoming calls in a professional manner

  • Coordinate office administration including monthly calendar, invoice processing, the planning of meetings, travel arrangements and ordering of office supplies

  • Distribute incoming mail, faxes, express mail deliveries, packages and other material

  • Perform other responsibilities as requested by leadership
