About the Role:

The Operations Support Administrator plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of warehousing operations within the organization. This position is responsible for coordinating administrative tasks that support operational teams, facilitating communication between departments, and maintaining accurate records to optimize workflow. The role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. By providing essential administrative support, the Operations Support Administrator helps to minimize operational disruptions and improve overall service delivery.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Associateโ€™s degree or higher preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative or operations support role, preferably within transportation or warehousing.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic data management systems.
  • Proficiency with Shipstation is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Print order fulfillment tickets in a timely and efficient fashion and distribute orders to employees by work assignments.
  • Process and communicate LTL shipments.
  • Communicate with carriers; USPS, FEDEX, UPS in a professional manner.
  • Work with costumer service on order changes, cancellations, and discrepancies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and management to support continuous improvement initiatives and resolve operational challenges.

Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM
OT and weekends as needed and mandatory during Q4 (Oct-Jan)
