Our Las Vegas headquarters houses our national customer service, accounting, and technology teams, including our 24/7 Network Operations Center (NOC).
Position Overview
We're seeking an experienced IT Support Administrator to join our Las Vegas-based team. This role is essential to supporting our internal users, maintaining our technology infrastructure, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. You'll be the first line of support, solving problems independently and helping shape our IT processes.
Key Responsibilities
  • Provide responsive and knowledgeable support to internal users
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues
  • Install and maintain software applications
  • Perform computer installations, upgrades, and repairs
  • Manage inventory of devices including PCs, printers, phones, and mobile equipment
  • Provide remote support for client computers and servers
  • Maintain user and group access in Active Directory, Azure, Exchange, and networking gear
  • Escalate complex issues and refine escalation processes
  • Communicate technical information clearly across all levels of the company

On-Call Support
  • Respond to critical incidents and make independent decisions under pressure
  • Restore system functionality and address security threats
  • Stay prepared for emergencies and implement proactive measures

Qualifications
  • Experience supporting technology in a business environment
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment
  • Familiarity with remote management tools, inventory systems, and enterprise-level software
  • Comfortable with on-call support and critical incident response
