IT Support Administrators are professionals responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and supporting an organization's computer systems, networks, and related technology. They provide technical assistance to users, resolve hardware and software issues, and ensure the smooth operation of IT infrastructure. Their duties often include installing software, managing user accounts, monitoring system performance, and implementing security measures to protect data.
