Job description

What you'll do at Jamf:

At Jamf, we empower people to be their best selves and do their best work.The Senior Strategic Account Executive role is an evangelist and subject matter expert, responsible for expanding sales within a geographic territory by selling the Whole Product Experience (WPE). The Senior Strategic Account Executive will grow our sales to both new and existing customers.

  • Drive thought leadership at multiple levels into accounts
  • Concentrate on adoption strategies for implementing the WPE
  • Formulate and guide business validation cases in order to expedite adoption

This role is offered as remote position within the United States, Please note that we are only able to consider applications for those  based on the West Coast, including the Los Angeles, San Francisco, and Seattle markets and and have sponsorship to live and work in the United States.

What you can expect to do in this role:

  • Sell the Whole Product Experience (WPE) within assigned accounts in a geographic territory
  • Create business, sales and account plans, and execute at or above assigned quota levels
  • Learn and understand the Apple platform adoption, growth strategies, and business plans for accounts in the assigned territory
  • Structure sales agreements with clients, manage unscheduled discounts
  • Develop meaningful relationships with key stakeholders at accounts, bridge the gap to executives, and increase Jamf mindshare, and elevate Jamf to a more strategic position within all accounts
  • Build and execute sales campaigns while managing a diverse set of stakeholders, partners, and Apple team within the same accounts to generate new sales opportunities
  • Accurately forecast business on a monthly and quarterly basis
  • Lead by example: Ensure customer success by identifying solution-specific needs and execute appropriate handoff to partners within Jamf
  • Use tools and resources to build and manage your territory business

What we are looking for:

  • Minimum of 8 years field sales experience in related software industry with demonstrated quota achievement (Required)
  • Proven ability to work effectively with and across all levels of business and IT contacts within a wide variety of organizations (Required)
  • Experience selling in both direct and indirect (Channel) models (Required)
  • Experience with Client Management software in mid-to-large education environments is desired, and Apple experience (Preferred)
  • Experience with Apple or the Apple ecosystem (Preferred)

Education & Certifications

  • 4 Year / Bachelor's Degree (Required)
  • A combination of relevant experience and education may be considered

Pay Transparency

At Jamf, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is set within a defined range. These ranges can vary based on hiring location. Where an individual's pay falls within that range depends on several factors, including role scope, location, budget, skills, experience, and qualifications. This approach helps ensure fair, competitive pay and provides room to grow as you develop in your role.

For sales and commission-based roles, we post On-Target Earnings (OTE), which includes base salary plus estimated commission based on achieving 100% of performance targets. Commission is not guaranteed and varies based on individual performance results.
