Job description

Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking a Cloud Support Administrator to join a Secure Operations Center (SOC) team providing 24x7x365 operational support for Azure core and Office365 platforms. This role is critical to maintaining secure, resilient, and high-performing infrastructure across multiple workstreams in a classified environment. This position will be onsite in Reston, VA and requires a TS/SCI with FSP clearance !

Responsibilities of the Cloud Support Administrator include: • Monitor deployment flows and escalate operational issues to deployment teams • Run documented deployment scripts and procedures with precision • Coordinate and support outage restoration actions within published SLAs • Document investigative and restorative actions for audit and root cause analysis • Collaborate with feature teams to identify and drive fixes and recovery levers • Troubleshoot and debug service outages and customer-impacting issues • Update SOPs and technical training documentation as needed • Support secure work area operations, including hardware deployments and equipment troubleshooting • Provide physical escort for maintenance, cleaning, and other services • Assist with user account provisioning, certificate issuance, and troubleshooting Required Qualifications for the Cloud Support Administrator: • Active TS/SCI with FSP clearance • 2 years operations experience providing application infrastructure support • 1 year performing system administration support (Windows/Linux) • Experience working with Powershell • Azure experience • Comfortable with shift work in a 24/7 support environment • Excellent customer service and communication skills • Strong written and verbal English communication skills • Adaptability to fast-paced environments with shifting priorities Compensation for the Cloud Support Administrator includes: • Salary Range: $70,000 - $100,000 *depending on experience* • Full Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k, Paid Time Off, and Federal Holidays This job opens for applications on 9/2/2025.
