About the Role
We are looking for a strategic and hands-on Pre-Sales Systems Administrator to help scale the systems, processes, and infrastructure that power our pre-sales organization. This is an individual contributor role within Revenue Operations' GTM Systems and serves as the technical subject matter expert for our lead flow, account routing, and top-of-funnel tooling.
This is a highly collaborative role that partners closely with Sales, Marketing Operations, Finance, Business Systems, and Analytics to design, optimize, and support the systems and workflows that drive pipeline creation, routing accuracy, rep readiness, and top-of-funnel efficiency. The ideal candidate is comfortable owning day-to-day administration while also improving process design, data quality, and user experience across the pre-sales tech stack.
What You'll Do
  • Serve as the administrator and technical subject matter expert for pre-sales systems and top-of-funnel tools, with a primary focus on Chili Piper, Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Lusha, ZoomInfo, and related platforms
  • Own and optimize lead routing, account routing, territory assignment support, and related logic to ensure speed, accuracy, and alignment with GTM operating rules
  • Configure new Salesforce users and provision access across the broader pre-sales and prospecting tech stack
  • Partner closely with Marketing Operations on top-of-funnel programs, campaign workflows, handoff processes, and related initiatives
  • Support the design and maintenance of end-to-end pre-sales workflows spanning lead capture, qualification, routing, account assignment, outreach readiness, and pipeline handoff
  • Monitor and improve data quality, workflow reliability, and operational consistency across inbound and outbound prospecting processes
  • Maintain administration standards, documentation, governance practices, and support procedures for pre-sales systems
  • Troubleshoot routing issues, user setup issues, and workflow gaps, and drive timely resolution with clear stakeholder communication
  • Identify opportunities to use automation and AI to improve operational efficiency, reduce manual effort, and scale top-of-funnel processes
  • Evaluate and optimize integrations between pre-sales systems and the broader GTM technology ecosystem
  • Act as a trusted day-to-day partner to GTM stakeholders on systems support, process improvement, and operational scalability

What You'll Bring
  • 3+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Business Systems, Marketing Operations support, or GTM Systems roles
  • Strong Salesforce administration experience, including user setup, workflows, reporting, dashboards, and process support
  • Hands-on experience administering Chili Piper and managing lead/account routing logic in a high-growth environment
  • Demonstrated expertise with top-of-funnel tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Lusha, ZoomInfo, and similar prospecting or enrichment platforms
  • Strong understanding of pre-sales business processes, including lead management, routing, handoff workflows, account ownership support, and pipeline creation
  • Experience partnering closely with Marketing Operations on demand generation or funnel-management initiatives
  • Strong project coordination and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to diagnose operational issues and translate business needs into practical systems improvements
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a focus on measurable business outcomes
  • Clear, practical use of AI to help solve complex operational and systems challenges
  • Excellent documentation, communication, and change-management skills

Travel Required
We are a fully remote company, and this job may require up to 15% of travel to be successful.

  • In accordance with various state transparency regulations, we provide the following salary range information for this position: base salary range: $100,000 - $140,000 annually. The exact salary will be determined based on the selected candidate's location, qualifications, experience, and relevant skills.
  • Additional compensation: all full-time roles are eligible for an equity package in the form of stock options.
