About the Role
Manage and grow strategic OEM partner relationships, serving as the primary liaison for all commercial, operational, and go-to-market activities. Own rebate programs, MDF administration, and joint business planning to drive mutual revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage day-to-day relationships with OEM partners, serving as the primary point of contact for commercial and operational matters
  • Administer OEM rebate programs including tracking, reconciliation, and payout processing in coordination with finance
  • Manage MDF allocations - fund requests, approvals, proof-of-performance validation, and claims processing
  • Coordinate with legal and finance on OEM agreements, pricing schedules, and contract compliance
  • Develop joint business plans with OEM partners including revenue targets and co-marketing initiatives
  • Track and report on partner KPIs including sell-through revenue, rebate attainment, and MDF utilization
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, marketing, and finance to advocate for partner needs

Qualifications
  • 4-7 years in channel management, OEM partnerships, or strategic alliances
  • Direct experience managing rebate programs and MDF processes
  • Strong commercial acumen; able to manage partner contracts and pricing structures
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Proficient in CRM/partner management tools (Salesforce or similar)
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred
