It is a unique opportunity to become a central point of coordination within a dynamic sales department, helping facilitate communication, organize key initiatives, and support executive priorities that impact customers, sales teams, and the business as a whole.
If you thrive in fast-paced environments, enjoy bringing structure to complexity, and take pride in anticipating needs before they arise, we'd love to hear from you.

• Executive correspondence and communications
• Travel arrangements and itinerary planning
• Coordination with Territory Managers, Directors of Sales, and Independent Manufacturer Representatives
• Customer communications and notices
• Sales meeting and event coordination

• Plant tour scheduling and logistics
• Promotional and apparel program coordination
• Documentation routing and customer setup support
• Information maintenance and organizational support
You will also assist with important annual initiatives including dealer awards, sales meetings, budgeting support, forecasting activities, rebate programs, and executive planning efforts.

• The ability to prioritize effectively and maintain confidentiality
• A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and business systems

• Collaborate with talented professionals throughout the company.
• Coordinate many activities with the support of a broader team.
• Join a respected manufacturing organization known for quality and customer relationships.
