Job description

Pricing & Rebate Coordinator

The Pricing & Rebate Coordinator supports the Outside Sales Division by managing customer pricing, rebates, commissions, reporting, contract documentation, and sales support activities. This role works closely with Sales, Accounting, and reseller partners to ensure accurate pricing, timely payments, and effective program administration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage rebate programs for IDD and VFM customers, including calculating, documenting, and processing reseller rebates.
  • Generate monthly, quarterly, and annual sales commission reports using internal and customer-provided data.
  • Review and approve customer deductions with Accounting and process applicable credits.
  • Assist Accounting in resolving short-paid invoices and invalid deductions.
  • Maintain customer contracts and upload documentation into Agiloft as needed.
  • Coordinate annual pricing updates for IDD, VFM, and SK customers, including preparing, reviewing, and distributing customer price files.
  • Process monthly pricing updates, including discontinued items and pricing changes.
  • Administer special pricing programs, quotes, and end-user pricing for key reseller partners.
  • Coordinate quarterly pricing updates for SpillTech products.
  • Create customized reports for sales representatives and managers using Excel and other reporting tools.
  • Coordinate sales meetings, customer events, and other team activities.
  • Prepare customer appreciation gifts and promotional baskets as requested.
  • Provide general administrative and project support for the Outside Sales team.

Qualifications

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting tools.
  • Experience with pricing, rebates, commissions, or sales support preferred.
  • Knowledge of customer pricing systems and contract management
  • Strong understanding of company products, systems, processes, and organizational structure
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work independently and across departments.
  • Event planning and project coordination experience is a plus.
