POSITION SUMMARY:
The Rebate Administrator will work directly with all Buyers. Provide support in collecting all documentation on a weekly basis from all departments for processing and billing various allowances.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
The essential duties and responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to, the following:
  • Collect necessary documentation for billing weekly purposes.
  • Generate invoices for buyer's approval and submit to accounting for processing.
  • Generate weekly, periodically and quarterly rebate billing reports.
  • Monitor rebate to meet monthly target goals.
  • Perform independent analysis and recommend courses of action to streamline process.
  • Conduct monthly auditing billing.
  • Other special projects as necessary; Performs all other duties as assigned.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Associate degree preferred.
  • Requires a minimum of 1-year business administration experience.
  • Demonstrated decision-making ability.
  • Ability to work with various departments.
  • Highly proficient in MS Office Excel.
  • Highly effective written and verbal communication skills (Bilingual: English-Spanish preferred).
  • Strong analytical and conceptual skills.
  • Strong retail math skills.
  • Detail oriented.
  • Knowledge of planning systems desirable, Category Analyzer.
