Position Overview
The VPT / Rebate Compliance Associate is responsible for administering and controlling vendor rebates, special pricing, and promotional programs to ensure they are accurately maintained and efficiently managed. This role also supports bid activity and provides analytical support to ensure pricing integrity and overall financial performance.
Location & Schedule
  • Location: Edmond, Oklahoma (Onsite)
  • Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer and manage all vendor/customer rebate and deviated pricing programs within the VPT system
  • Maintain and ensure accuracy of all customer invoice pricing through the Program Pricing System
  • Support and manage bid activity, including documentation and coordination for the RFP process
  • Administer Foodshow Allowance, Purchasing Allowance, and Promotional Income/Marketing programs
  • Ensure all programs are properly set up, tracked, and maintained for accurate reporting and settlement
  • Perform departmental support functions, including financial analysis and performance reporting

Qualifications
Education & Experience
  • High School Diploma required; Bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience; experience with SAP systems preferred
  • Wholesale food service distribution experience a plus

Technical Skills
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills required, including VLOOKUPs, data analysis, and working with large datasets
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Strong data entry skills (10-key and alphanumeric) with high accuracy
