Role Overview As Service Delivery Consultant, you will report directly to the CEO and take ownership of client experience, delivery processes, and brand elevation. At Remote Office, you will orchestrate seamless service between clients and remote talent teams. At Shift AI, you will drive customer experience, manage AI agent deployments, oversee developer collaboration, and design product enhancement programs that keep clients ahead of the curve. Key Responsibilities Client & Experience Leadership Be the main point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are understood and addressed Design and refine the full client journey, from onboarding to long-term engagement Strengthen brand presence by ensuring high-quality, consistent delivery Project & Service Delivery Run delivery operations across agile tools such as ClickUp, Jira and HubSpot For Remote Office: manage sprints, monitor productivity, and align talent with client goals For Shift AI: oversee AI agent deployments, manage developer handovers, and ensure smooth delivery of updates Proactive Client Programs Create and manage enhancement programs for clients using Shift AI agents Create feedback loops that continuously improve services and strengthen client relationships Business Alignment & Growth Act as the voice of delivery at the leadership table, providing insights directly to the CEO Make strategic decisions that protect and grow the organisation's long-term interests Collaborate with HR, Talent Acquisition, and Development teams to align client outcomes with business growth What We're Looking For Experience and Skills 5+ years in service delivery, client success, or consulting in SaaS, digital, or professional services Strong background in managing distributed teams and full digital product cycles Skilled with agile project management tools such as ClickUp and Jira Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, at a native level Ability to balance structured processes with entrepreneurial agility Mindset and Attributes Committed to growing with the business, not just filling a role Self-starter who works independently but knows when to collaborate Kind at heart and values people as much as performance Comfortable in ambiguous, fast-moving environments Passionate about client experience and continuous improvement Approaches the business with an entrepreneurial mindset What We Offer A flexible remote-first culture operating in the Brisbane time zone (10 AM to 6 PM AEST, weekends: Saturday and Sunday) The chance to work across two pioneering businesses: Remote Office and Shift AI Influence over processes, client journeys, and delivery standards at a leadership level A career path with room to scale, both in impact and personal growth Competitive salary, negotiable for the right candidate Before You Apply This is not a stopgap role.
