Our outpatient office combines state-of-the-art technology with a supportive team environment to facilitate effective mental health treatment. You will be part of a multidisciplinary team, engaging in regular communication and coordination to ensure the best outcomes for our clients.

As a Licensed Professional Counselor, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Facilitating group therapy sessions that cultivate interpersonal connections among clients, enabling them to share experiences and support one another.

• Providing individual therapy tailored to the unique needs of each client, focusing on exploring their thoughts, feelings, and behavioral patterns in a safe environment.

• Collaborating with clients to create and implement individualized, goal-oriented treatment plans that prioritize their specific objectives and preferences.

• Monitoring clients’ progress by utilizing relevant assessment tools and feedback mechanisms to ensure continuous development.

• Working closely with a multidisciplinary team, coordinating care, discussing complex cases, and ensuring seamless treatment integration for optimal client outcomes.

You will primarily work with teens and young adults aged 18 to 30, guiding them through a structured Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) that encompasses evidence-based and holistic treatment modalities. Our clients often experience issues related to anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions. Your role will be instrumental in providing them with the tools and strategies necessary to navigate their journey toward emotional well-being.

To excel in this role, candidates must possess:

• A current and valid Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) certification.
• A Bachelor’s Degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or a related field.
• At least one year of direct experience in mental health counseling, particularly with young adults.

While not mandatory, candidates with the following experience will be given preference:

• Experience working with evidence-based treatment approaches, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) or dialectical behavior therapy (DBT).
• Familiarity with group therapy facilitation and individualized treatment planning.
• A background in community outreach or collaboration with local health organizations.
