Our private dental office is searching for an Office Manager to join our dedicated team of dental professionals! Key Responsibilities

  • Leadership & Team Management
    • Lead, coach, and develop front office and clinical support staff
    • Foster a positive and collaborative office culture
    • Conduct team meetings and communicate practice goals and expectations
    • Assist with recruiting, onboarding, and training new team members

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of dental leadership/management experience
