We are seeking a General Office Assistant to join our team! You will perform clerical and administrative functions in order to drive company success.
Responsibilities:
- Provide general administrative support, including managing correspondence, and maintaining office supplies.
- Perform clerical tasks such as filing documents, data entry, photocopying, and scanning to ensure efficient office operations.
- Greet visitors, answer phone calls, respond to emails, address inquiries and provide assistance as needed.
- Assist with project coordination by organizing and maintaining project files, deadlines and supporting documentation efforts.
- Help coordinate logistics.
- Maintain accurate records and databases, ensuring all paperwork is handled appropriately and filed correctly.
- Perform all other office tasks
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in office administration or other related fields
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Familiar with office equipment and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in tasks and documentation
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with other team members and departments
