Job Title: Office Administration AssistantJob DescriptionThe Office Administration Assistant supports daily office operations by performing a variety of hands-on administrative and clerical tasks. This role helps keep the office running smoothly by assisting with document handling, basic data entry, and general support activities as needed.
Responsibilities
- Load and maintain office printers, including replenishing paper and other consumables as needed.
- Move and organize boxes and office materials to support smooth office operations.
- Complete paper filing tasks accurately and in a timely manner to keep records organized and accessible.
- Scan invoices and other documents, ensuring files are correctly labeled and stored.
- Perform basic data entry tasks with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Assist with general office administrative duties and ad hoc tasks as requested.
- Communicate clearly with colleagues to understand priorities and follow instructions.
- Arrive on time, follow assigned schedules, and reliably complete assigned responsibilities.
Essential Skills- Experience performing general office administration tasks such as filing, scanning, and data entry.
- Ability to handle hands-on tasks, including loading printers and moving boxes safely.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and document handling.
- Good communication skills to understand instructions and coordinate with the team.
- Dependability and strong attendance, with a consistent record of showing up on time.
- Ability to understand and follow established procedures and know the expectations of the role.

- Proactive attitude and willingness to take on ad hoc tasks as needed.

Work EnvironmentThis role is based in an office environment that involves a mix of desk-based administrative work and light hands-on tasks such as loading printers and moving boxes. You will work with standard office equipment, including computers, printers, scanners, and filing systems. The position requires being physically present in the office during agreed working hours and maintaining a professional appearance appropriate for an office setting.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.
