Fleamasters Fleamarket is seeking a highly experienced, motivated, and professional Senior Office Manager to oversee internal office operations and support the daily management of multiple departments, including Guest Relations, Food & Beverage, and Retail Operations.
This is a senior-level leadership position requiring previous office management experience within Fleamasters Fleamarket operations. The Senior Office Manager plays a critical role in maintaining smooth day-to-day operations while supporting customer service excellence, inventory control, employee management, vendor relations, and operational organization across multiple business functions.The Senior Office Manager is responsible for ensuring smooth, organized, and efficient daily operations across multiple departments while maintaining high standards of customer service, inventory management, operational excellence, and team leadership throughout Fleamasters Fleamarket.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily office and operational functions across Guest Relations, Food & Beverage, and Retail Operations
  • Supervise employees while promoting accountability, professionalism, and strong team performance
  • Handle escalated guest, tenant, vendor, and customer concerns in a professional and solution-oriented manner
  • Manage inventory levels, ordering processes, stock control, and supply coordination
  • Communicate with vendors and suppliers regarding orders, invoicing, product availability, and operational needs
  • Review, approve, and process invoices and departmental payments
  • Assist with developing and improving operational procedures, workflows, and company policies
  • Maintain organization, efficiency, and compliance with company operational standards
  • Monitor daily department performance and assist with operational problem-solving
  • Support hiring, onboarding, scheduling, employee communication, and training initiatives
  • Maintain accurate records, reports, inventory documentation, and office systems
  • Collaborate closely with upper management regarding operational goals and departmental needs
  • Maintain an active presence throughout the property to support operations as needed
Qualifications

  • Previous office management experience within Fleamasters Fleamarket operations
