Join us as our Employee Experience & Office Manager and be part of Axon's expanding office in Sterling, VA! In this role, you'll help create an exceptional employee experience by keeping our office running smoothly, planning engaging events, and fostering a workplace culture that feels welcoming, collaborative, and uniquely Axon. From managing daily office operations and supporting employees onsite to helping coordinate office construction, renovations, and workplace improvements, you'll play a key role in shaping the future of our growing Sterling office and ensuring our mission to Protect Life is reflected in every detail.
What You'll Do
Location: Onsite in Sterling, VA
Reports to: Manager, Global Employee Experience

  • Front Desk Ambassador - Be the first point of contact for everyone who walks through our doors, greeting guests with warmth and ensuring they feel the vibrant Axon culture the moment they arrive.
  • Supply the Squad - Make sure the team is always stocked and ready, from office essentials to snacks for our post-hustle breaks. You'll have a hand in keeping the energy high and supplies on point!
  • Event Extraordinaire - From legendary office events to team huddles, you'll bring the fun to life as our Sterling "Culture Captain," connecting our people and celebrating milestones.
  • Onboarding Dynamo - Be the welcoming face for new team members, ensuring they feel at home from day one in the Sterling office.
  • Construction & Workplace Project Coordinator - Support project management efforts tied to office construction, renovations, workspace improvements, and expansion initiatives as Axon continues to grow in Sterling.
  • Keep It Compliant - Partner with HR to make sure we're following Axon's standards and maintaining a safe, secure, and spirited environment for all.
  • Budget Champion - Oversee the office budget like a pro, ensuring timely and accurate reporting that keeps us on track.
  • Collaborate and Connect - Work with cross-functional teams to align Sterling office culture with Axon's goals and values, always ready for the next big thing.
  • Vendor & Property Relations Specialist - Forge and maintain top-notch relationships with landlords, vendors, and service providers, handling contract and price negotiations like a pro to keep our space thriving!
What You Bring
  • Experience in Office Management or a similar role, where you wore multiple hats and delivered results.
