GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF POSITION

As our Tech Admin, you will play a critical role in supporting the administration of industry-specific software, helping end users with their software and hardware needs while gaining hands-on experience with these systems.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Provide frontline user support by assisting with TMS and SME support, monitoring processes, and troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
  • Assist with enduser devices while training users on office and industryrelated software and hardware.
  • Monitor key processes, including imaging, email administration, software integrations, and RPA.
  • Manage the lifecycle of company hardware and software, including maintaining accurate inventory and overseeing issuance.
  • Configure and install hardware and devices for end users.
  • Coordinate equipment troubleshooting and replacement with IT vendor.
  • Support IT team with testing upgrades, enhancements, and automation rollouts.
  • Collaborate with various departments to improve processes and support business initiatives.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation, training videos, user guides, and other resources.
  • Take the initiative to learn new technologies, tools, and industryrelated software such as: MS365, TMW, Imaging, GPS, Crystal Reports and SQL Query.
  • Take ownership of assignments, deliver exceptional results on time with minimal supervision, and proactively contribute to a highperforming team by going above and beyond to make the position your own.
  • Implement EOS within your position to enhance your skills and productivity while continually promoting the company’s core values.
  • Perform any other related duties as required or assigned.
  • TO BE SUCCESSFUL, YOU SHOULD HAVE
  • Base knowledge of SQL Query and Data Analysis.
  • Technical Vocation Certificate or Technical Degree, or 29 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Ability to effectively communicate, use critical thinking, and demonstrate strong organizational skills.
  • PHYSICAL DEMANDS
  • Lifting/pushing/pulling less than 50lbs
  • Office setting with temperaturecontrolled offices with moderate noise levels.
  • Outside work is limited.
