Job description

SUMMARY:

The Technology Administrator at PrepNet Virtual (PVA) works with stakeholders from all business units and related third parties to support and maintain technology solutions across our enterprise applications.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Contribute to and maintain system standards to support day-to-day operations of the PVA Tech Department.

  • Diagnose and resolve enterprise application issues within PVA systems or data.

  • Research and recommend innovative, and where possible automated approaches for system administration tasks.  Identify approaches that leverage our resources and provide economies of scale.

  • Maintain operational, configuration, and other procedures.

  • Provide training support to new and existing system users.

  • Fill on demand report/data requests.

  • Assist in testing efforts for new and updated solutions.

  • Support the successful roll out of new and updated solutions.

  • Assist upgrade efforts across all enterprise applications and solutions.

  • Assess scope and effort of projects and tasks.

  • Able to balance a complex working environment and manage priorities effectively based on business needs.

  • Occasional travel required.

  • Additional duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in business or technology or equivalent experience required.

  • Strong problem solving skills: Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.

  • Strong customer service skills.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Highly developed interpersonal skills; ability to build strong cross functional relationships.

  • Experience with Microsoft Office programs (Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Office, Microsoft Word, etc.).

  • Experience with HRIS preferred.

This is an in-person position at our NHA Service Center located at 3850 Broadmoor Ave., Grand Rapids, MI.
