Who We're Looking For
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Associates' or Bachelors' degree in a related field of study preferred
  • At least 1 year of experience in property management or utilities
  • Yardi and Salesforce software experience preferred
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook) and Internet research
  • Strong Analytical skills
  • Punctual and dependable
  • Utility customer service and billing operations
  • Superb accuracy and attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Intermediate knowledge of basic accounting principals

Salary RangeThe salary range for this position is: $20.19 - $35.00, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications, location, and applicable employment laws.Compensation and Benefits
