Job description

Operations Coordinator  

Salary: $46,000- $52,000 

Location: Huntley, IL 


We’re looking for an Operations Coordinator to join our fast-growing outdoor cooking equipment manufacturing and distribution company. We design and manufacture high-performance outdoor cooking products built for durability, reliability, and real-world use, serving customers across the country in a rapidly expanding market.  


In this role, you’ll support the end-to-end order process by managing quotes, coordinating customer orders, tracking inventory, and working closely with sales, engineering, and supply chain teams to keep operations running smoothly from production through delivery.

What You’ll Do  

  • Manage customer quotes and coordinate timely communication with sales teams and clients. 
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and monitor project status throughout the sales process. 
  • Collaborate with engineering, accounting, and quality teams to support customer projects and documentation. 
  • Provide professional customer support by resolving inquiries and addressing routine concerns. 
  • Coordinate inventory tracking, shipment updates, and product return communications. 
  • Process purchase orders and worked with vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and supplies. 
  • Assist with new account setup and support overall business operations in a fast-paced environment. 


Qualifications 

  • Bachelors Degree 
  • 1 year in customer service role or new graduate ready to learn 
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail 
  • Strong math skills 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
