Our client has retained us exclusively to find a VP Operations to report directly to the owner and lead all functional operations across the entire company. This individual will play a key role in production, business development, capitol projects, budgeting, & more.

Position: VP Operations

Plant Location: Massachusetts - (Relocation Assistance Available)

Type: Onsite - Full Time

Compensation: +/- $240,000 + Bonus
