Job Description:

We're seeking a strategic, data-driven marketing leader to oversee performance marketing, paid media, growth strategy, and team leadership for a fast-growing organization in the financial services space. This role is responsible for scaling customer acquisition, optimizing marketing performance, managing a high-performing team, and driving measurable revenue growth through data-backed decision making.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of 3-4 marketing professionals.
  • Own weekly marketing priorities, project execution, and team accountability.
  • Oversee paid media strategy, media buying partners, and acquisition channels.
  • Analyze campaign performance and optimize conversion funnels using KPIs and reporting.
  • Monitor market trends, industry news, and external events that may impact marketing strategy.
  • Build, optimize, and report on customer acquisition funnels and lifecycle marketing initiatives.
  • Partner with executive leadership to develop and execute growth strategies.
  • Manage HubSpot reporting, dashboards, and marketing performance metrics.
  • Develop scalable growth processes that improve customer acquisition efficiency.
  • Drive cross-functional collaboration while maintaining a fast-paced execution cadence.

Minimum Requirements:

  • 5-6 years leading performance marketing teams.
  • Previous hands-on experience as a Media Buyer before moving into leadership.
  • Experience managing 3-4 direct reports.
  • Strong expertise in paid media, media buying, and conversion rate optimization.
  • Deep understanding of performance marketing metrics including:
    • Customer Lifetime Value (LTV)
    • A/B Testing
    • Media Spend Optimization
    • Sales Funnel KPIs
    • Cost Per Lead (CPL)
    • Cost Per Sales Qualified Lead (SQL)
    • Funnel Modeling and Revenue Forecasting
  • Experience using HubSpot.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to make strategic recommendations from marketing data.
  • Experience building scalable, repeatable customer acquisition processes.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with high responsiveness during core business hours (7:00 AM-4:00 PM PT).
  • Interest in leveraging AI tools (particularly Claude) to improve marketing workflows.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience marketing Precious Metals, Gold & Silver IRAs, or Alternative Investments.
  • Financial publishing experience (Agora, MarketWise, Stansberry, or similar).
  • Crypto, wealth management, retirement products, insurance lead generation, or financial services marketing experience.
  • Experience with Triple Whale, Hyros, or similar attribution/reporting platforms.
  • Strong partnership development and business development background.
  • Direct response marketing expertise.
