- Support regional and field leadership in optimizing labor performance across both revenue-generating and baseline contractual work
- Identify and eliminate inefficiencies in scheduling, utilization, and workflow execution to improve team productivity and operational clarity
- Build and refine structured workflows, system utilization, and reporting frameworks that give leaders clear visibility into performance and actionable insights
- Establish tracking mechanisms that connect operational activities directly to financial and margin outcomes
- Monitor key performance indicators and support leaders in driving accountability through data-informed decision-making
- Provide hands-on leadership in priority situations to stabilize performance and support teams in achieving operational targets
- Partner closely with operations leadership to remove barriers, improve execution, and enable teams to deliver consistent results
