Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Operations Coordinator to join our team in San Francisco, CA. The Operations Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of our company, including coordinating project schedules, managing subcontractors, and ensuring timely and accurate completion of project deliverables.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate project schedules and timelines to ensure timely completion of projects

- Manage subcontractors and ensure they are meeting project requirements and deadlines

- Monitor project progress and report any issues or delays to management

- Assist with project budgeting, tracking expenses, and managing project costs

- Communicate with clients, vendors, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution
