Role Description The Operations Assistant is a full-time, on-site role based at EnquBioโ€™s San Diego, CA facility. This role supports daily operational activities, including coordinating schedules, managing documentation, and assisting with laboratory and office logistics. The Operations Assistant helps maintain inventory, prepares orders, and tracks supplies to ensure continuous support for research teams and client projects. The role includes handling basic data entry, supporting internal and external communications, and assisting with process improvements across operations and operations management. The Operations Assistant collaborates with cross-functional teams to resolve issues promptly, provide responsive customer service to internal stakeholders, and contribute to a smooth and efficient workplace.
