Job description

SUMMARY
An Operations Assistant works closely with the Operations Team, assistingwith store support, coordinating business services and managing store orders. Thisposition provides an understanding of scheduling, ordering of materials, andservices to meet the Company's operational requirements.  
Thisis an onsite position, candidates must be able to report to our Store SupportCenter five days a week. 
ESSENTIALDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Otherduties may be assigned or required:

  • Provide stores support and respond to store requests.
  • Create purchase orders for operational materials, components or services.
  • Responsible for processing weekly store orders of uniforms, office supplies and Reflexis store supplies.
  • Follow-up with vendors to confirm orders and services met delivery deadlines.
  • Manage in-office inventory of store supplies.
  • Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects.
  • Coordinate special program deliveries with stores and warehouse.
  • Responsible for coordinating and managing project tasks and store execution.
  • Survey stores and summarize survey results.
  • Manage CCF Winners gift card process.
  • Review and reconcile third-party invoices at the end of each week/month against approved purchases.
  • Provide support to the Director of Store Support when required.
